Do you allow pets?

Yes! We even have a dog park coming in 2025 just down the road. There is an additional background check fee for all pets to ensure your furry friend is up to date on all shots and doesn’t have any prior incidences. Pets are an additional $50/mo per pet.

Do you allow smoking?

We are a totally smoke free building. No smoking is allowed inside the units.  

Is anything included in the rent?

All utilities are covered by the tenant. This includes water, trash, sewer, gas, electric, and internet.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, it is equal to one months rent and is due at the start of your lease.

Do the units have a washer and dryer?

Yes, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer located on the 2nd floor by all of the bedrooms.

Do you allow short-term leasing?

On occasion, we do allow leases to be shorter than 1 year, but it is rare. Call to learn more.
